    I am sorry for your bad experience, but if you are not satisified just get a refund from Clickbank, no need to contact them, just open a refund request and it will be automatically approved in 24 hours. I don’t know where you get the info about the refund rate, but it’s not 91%.

    Are you sure your credit card hasn’t expired or it has enough funds on it. If so, try to enter your information again, maybe you did a slight mistake typing it in. If this doesn’t help try purchasing through Paypal- It’s easy to make an account and you can use your credit card as a funding source. If this doesn’t work then I suggest you contact your credit card company.
